Includes all matters needed whether the property is residential, commercial, agriculture, sales, purchases or refinances:
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, loan agreements, leases, business formations documents, etc.
• Handling all aspects of closing to include: issuing title insurance, collection and disbursing of all funds, coordination between the lender, the client, the Realtors® and others as needed
• Recording of all documents, whether with the Recorder of Deeds, UCC, etc.
• Any other services needed to complete the transaction
